October 8 EU Service Outage Compensation

Daevas, Following the recent outage that impacted multiple servers on the EU region, we are sending compensation to players on the affected servers with the items below:

• 1 day of membership to players with active memberships on impacted servers. This will be delivered during the upcoming maintenance and no action is required by players.
• 1 day of pet auto loot for users with a pet auto loot activated on impacted servers. This will be delivered during the upcoming maintenance and no action is required by players.
• Special Daeva Supply chest that will be delivered via mail to players on impacted servers.
